The Under 13's have now progressed to the Semi Final of the District Cup after a fine away victory against a battling Whitland outfit. The Blues took advantage of a strong wind in the first half to build up a large lead which allowed the coaches to put all of the subs on at half time.

The Under 12's and Under 13's have progressed into the quarter finals of the 2011 District Cup in their respective age groups. The under 12's came away from Whitland on Sunday with a fine victory 26pts to 12 pts in a keenly contested game. The Under 13's progress at the expense of a battling St Davids team.

Youth and Junior rugby at HRFC is the strength of the club. The Juniors meet at the club every sunday morning for matches and training, the club offers rugby from U7 - U16. Each team has at least one qualified coach and many other helpers. Fixtures are played locally as are various tournaments.
